ORDER

                    As per office report, notice sent to the complainant has not been received back served/unserved till date. Called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant.

                   This order will dispose of the application filed by the applicant / OP praying therein he be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant with the Distt. Forum in the case titled as Mohinder Kumar Chopra Vs. Birla Sun Life Insurance co. Ltd.

                    Office reported that the amount of Rs.42,122/- was deposited by the applicant.

                    The applicant is permitted to withdraw the above said amount as appeal preferred by the applicant / OP is stands allowed vide order dated 11.09.2014 (FA/255/2014).

                    Office is directed to release the above mentioned amount, deposited by the applicant along with interest in favour of the applicant / OP i.e. Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
