Learned Counsel of complainant has made a statement that due to some technical reason he do not want to pursue with the present complaint with the liberty to file a fresh on the same cause of action in any court of law. Keeping in view on the statement of Learned complainant of complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file a fresh in any court of law if so desired.
