Sh.Nitin Thatai, Counsel for OPs.

 

Dated the 30th day of January, 2013

ORDER

 

1.         Sh.Nitin Thatai,Counsel for OPs, has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“The OPs offer to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant in full & final settlement of the dispute. The above said amount shall be paid within 30 days from today.”

 

2.         Sh.Harsh Manocha,Counsel for Complainant, has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“I accept the offer given by counsel for OPs. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”

 

 3.        In view of the statements made by the parties, it is ordered that the Opposite Parties shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute within 30 days from today, failing which the Opposite Parties shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made.

4.         Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

5.         Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
