O.P. gives three cheqes bearing no.s 068260, 181654, 068259 dt. 4.8.11 in favour of Rs. 451624.69 p in total. Complainant receives the cheques as full and final settlement of all his grievances as made out in his complaint petition filed on 14.12.09 U/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986. Complainant also endorses that no claim is due from ops in terms of the prayer s made out in his complaint petition. Hd. Considered. Having due regard to the circumstances the instant case is disposed on full and final satisfaction subject to encashment of the cheques.
