Heard on admission. During the course of arguments, the Ld. counsel for complainant m ade statement in the Forum that complainant does not want to proceed further with this complainant at this stage and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant may be permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the appropriate Forum/ Court. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Forum/ court, if allowed by law.  Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules.
