          Today the case was fixed for furnishing the correct address of opposite party No. 4 as well as for filing written version by the opposite parties No. 1 to 3 and 5. Sh. Harjinder Singh filed authority letter on behalf of opposite party No. 5 Joginder Singh. At this stage the complainant has stated that they have compromised the matter with opposite party No. 5 and made the following statement

“Stated that the matter in dispute has been settled between the complainants and Opposite Party No. 5 i.e. Joginder Singh son of Sardara Singh. Today, we have received Rs. 75,000/- (Seventy Five thousand only) including interest, costs etc. from Joginder Singh opposite party No. 5 and have settled the dispute with opposite party No. 5 forever with regard to instant complaint and we withdraw the present complaint reserving our right to file complaint against the opposite parties Nos. 1 to 4 regarding compensation and damages etc. qua negligence and deficiency in services on the part of opposite parties No. 1 to 4”.

          In view of the above statement of the complainants, the complaint is dismissed as fully satisfied against opposite party No. 5. However, the complainants are at liberty to file the complaint against opposite parties No. 1 to 4 if they want so under the rules. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
