Today learned counsel for the appellant has appeared, but the company did not comply the previous order of this Commission by not taking steps of summon through publication inspite of several instructions.

Hence, in such circumstances, the appeal is hereby dismissed for not taking the steps in time. No order as to costs of the appeal.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith original record of the District Commission concerned be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
