Heard Mr. M.R. Islam, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant. Mr. Islam has submitted that on the points formulated by the Commission on 16-12-2013, he may be allowed to submit at the time of final hearing.

          Admit the appeal and call for the records. Office to issue a requisition letter for records within ten days from today.

          We have also heard the prayer for stay of the impugned judgment dated 11-11-2013 passed by the District Forum, Cachar, in C.C. Case No. 28/2012. Considering the nature of the case, the impugned judgment dated 11-11-2013 passed by the District Forum, Cachar, in C.C. Case No. 28/2012 is hereby stayed subject to deposit of 1/3 of the awarded amount of Rs. 1,65,500/- within two months from today. If the amount is not deposited within the time stipulated above, interim/stay order shall automatically stands vacated.
