Both parties are present with their counsels. They submitted that they have  compromised the matter  on the condition that the O.P would pay back the entire interest on the loan with 9% per annum to the complainant to execute  the  sale deed.

    They also submitted that out of loan amount Rs.(six lakh)  already paid. Therefore, the O.p agreed to pay the rest of the amount of Rs.4,85,000/-  within a period of 45 days , failing which it  wouldcarry interest at the rate of 12% per annum.

    In view of the above compromise recorded by the parties, the appeal is disposed with direction to the O.P to pay Rs.4,85,000/- to the complainant within a period of 45 days  and after receipt of the money the complainant shall cancel the sale deed  where the O.p also a party within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the money.

    Accordingly the appeal is disposed of. If  non of the parties not complied the order they proceed the execution case.
