            This order relates to hearing on the point of admission.

            The Learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner has submitted that in the petition of complaint there is no prayer against the Revision Petitioner/OP No.2 and in paragraph 16 of the petition of complaint it has been mentioned that no specific relief has been claimed as against ICICI Bank/Revision Petitioner herein and they have been impleaded for abandoned precaution.  The Learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner has submitted that in such view of the matter the Learned District Forum ought to have expunged the name of the Revision Petitioner, but the OP was directed to file W.V. along with the previous cost of Rs.3,000/-. 

            We have heard the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.  We are of the considered view that the Revision Petitioner is at liberty to raise this point at the appropriate stage of the proceeding. There is no ground to admit this Revision Petition. 

            The Revision Petition is dismissed being not admitted.
