            The Complainant is present in person.

            The O.P No.1 is absent without taking any step.

            Today is fixed for filing evidence on affidavit by the parties.

            The Ld. Agent for the O.P. No.2 files a time petition but the Ld. Agent is absent on call. None moves the petition.

            The Complainant by filing a petition states that he is not interested to proceed with the case as the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and praying for final disposal of this case as he has no allegation against the O.Ps.

            Having heard the Complainant considering the facts and circumstances, we are in view to allow the petition of the complainant for ends of justice.

Hence,

          it is ORDERED

                                    that the present Case No. CC/40/2016 be and the same is disposed off for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

          Let plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
