After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioners states that question of limitation as raised before the State Commission may be left open to be decided by the State Commission at the time of final hearing. Subject to it, the petitioners do not press these petitions and wants to withdraw the same. In view of the above, learned counsel for respondents states that there is no objection if the question of limitation is left open, to be decided by the State Commission at the time of final hearing. In view of the above statements given by learned counsel for the parties, above petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. However, the question of limitation is left open to be decided by the State Commission at the time of disposal of final appeals. With these observations, present revision petitions stand disposed of.
