                   Learned counsel for the OP No.2 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties, as per compromise, OP No.2 is ready to settle the matter on the condition that the depreciated amount of Rs.35,100/-, after deduction of 10% of the invoice value of the New product which the complainant intends to purchase, the complainant will have to inform Mr. Sunil Chaudhary, ASM, LG Electronics about the purchase of the new product at his Mobile No.____________, subject to deposit of the old unit with all accessories by the complainant with the service centre at Ambala. Shri Vishnu, Power of attorney holder of the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement of the learned counsel for the OP No.2 and agrees with the same. Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP No.2 and the Shri Vishnu, Power of attorney holder of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements.  Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
