            Complainant absent on this posting date also.  Opposite party represented.  Complainant is continuously absent and no application  is also filed seeking to excuse the absence of the complainant.  Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in adducing evidence.  The 7 documents produced along with complaint are only photocopies and the marking of which are objected by the opposite party’s Advocate.  There is absolutely no evidence to prove the allegations in the complaint.

          In the result complaint stands dismissed.

          No costs.
