2. Proxy counsel appearing for the petitioner states that after passing of the impugned order, the complaint has since been decided by the District Consumer Commission. Accordingly, he may be allowed to withdraw the present revision.
3. In view of the above, the revision is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
