This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to handover or return the valuable jewellery items viz. Mangalsuthra (thali) 3 sovereigns of gold and ii) ear rings with red stone 2 sovereigns of gold, which were stealthily removed by the opposite party staffs or on the alternative to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- which is equalent to the value and to pay sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and trauma caused to the complainant for the deficient services and unfair trade practice of the opposite party with cost of Rs.30,000/- to the complainant.

The complainant’s Counsel made an endorsement.  In view of the endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as not pressed.  No costs.
