ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Correct address of OP not filed. E-mail has been received from counsel for complainant that despite the best efforts made by the complainant, she could not ascertain the present correct address of the OP and requested that the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Contents of the e-mail confirmed from the counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
