          This order disposes of miscellaneous application No.93 of 2016 filed in First Appeal No.140 of 2014 titled Reliance General Insurance Company Limited and others versus Bijender Singh, which was dismissed by this Commission vide order dated March 05th, 2014.  Since the appeal was dismissed, the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/­- deposited at the time of filing the appeal, was directed to be refunded to the complainant. 

2.      By filing the present application, the applicants/Opposite Parties seek refund of the said amount in their favour because the amount awarded alongwith interest has already been paid to the complainant. 

3.      In view of this, the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- be refunded to the applicants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
