This case is coming on today before this Forum in the presence of  Sri D.V.K. Ramesh, Advocate for the complainant and the 1^st opposite party having been set ex parte and Sri K.S. Lakshmi Narayana, Advocate for the 2^nd opposite party, this Forum made the following:-

 

ORDER

This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the consumer Protection Act 1986 to direct the opposite parties jointly and severally to pay an amount of Rs.10,785/- with interest @ 18% p.a. from 12.4.2014 till realization; pay Rs.10,000/- towards compensation and pay Rs.3,000/- towards costs.

2.         K.S.L.N. filed adjournment petition. Complainant called absent. No representation. Condition not complied. Proof affidavit not filed. Hence, complaint is dismissed and adjournment petition is also dismissed.
