Perusal of the record shows that appearance of complainant is very erratic. Complainant lastly appeared on 03.02.2023 and thereafter for the whole 2023 he did not appear. However, today is 3^rd   consecutive date on which complainant is not present, various opportunities have been given but complainant failed to file rejoinder/evidenc. It seems that complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
