It reveals that the date prior to last date, the complainant was directed to file show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default and again today complainant is absent without any steps which clearly indicates that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with the case. So, there is no need to proceed further. So, the instant case is dismissed for default.
