FINAL ORDER/JUDGEMENT

Sri Sibasis Sarkar, Ld. President.

              Both the complainant and the O.P. are present by filing hajira through Ld.Advs. The complainant has filed a petition praying for permission to withdraw the case. Copy served.

              The petition is taken up for hearing. Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard both sides.

              In the said petition the complainant has stated that their dispute has been amicably settled out of Forum and as such he does not want to proceed further with this case. Accordingly he has filed the present petition praying for permission to withdraw himself from this case. The O.P. raised no objection.

             Considering the amicable settlement of the parties, the petition is considered and allowed.              

              Hence, it is

O R  D  E  R  E  D  :-

           that the Consumer Case No. 64 of 2017  be and the same is withdrawn without any liberty to sue afresh. The parties to bear their own costs. The case is thus disposed off.  

               Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. Let the original documents if any and the extra sets be returned to the complainant on proper acknowledgement.
