1.      Learned counsel for the petitioner present.  None is present for the respondent despite service.  The respondent in this case was served through registered A.D. for 9.1.2012.  A. D. Card is placed on record.  He be proceeded against ex parte.

2.      Arguments of learned counsel for the petitioner heard.  This is a case of theft as is apparent from para 3 of the revision petition filed by the petitioner.

3.      This Commission has no jurisdiction to try this case in view of the Supreme Court authority in U.P. Power Corporation Limited & Ors. vs. Anis Ahmed, (2013) 8 SCC 491. 

4.      Consequently, we accept the revision petition and dismiss the complaint filed before the District Forum.  However, liberty is granted to the complainant to get his grievances redressed from the appropriate forum.  So far as question of limitation is concerned, he can seek help from Laxmi Engineering Works vs.P.S.G. Industrial Institute  (1995) 3 SCC 583.

5.      The revision petition stands disposed of.
