Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for submitting report as to registration of the property in deed directing property in suit.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is present before this Commission submits that registration of sale deed has already made and the claim of the complainant is fully satisfied. Copy of IGR which is filed by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant be kept with the record. The Ld. Advocate of the complainant has also file a petition seeking dismissal of this case on the ground stated therein. It is the complainant who set the law in motion giving rise to the registration of this case against the OPs and he has every right to back out there from at any stage whatsoever. Therefore, the prayer of the complainant for dismissal of the case should accord a sanction of law. The prayer is therefore allowed.

Hence, it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed on full satisfaction but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
