Sh. Sahil Gulati, learned counsel for the applicants has moved an application on 25.05.2016 to withdraw Rs. 25,000/-, which was deposited by the applicants at the time of filing the appeal.

The appeal was decided in Lok Adalat vide order dated 12.12.2015 on the basis of compromise arrived between the parties and the impugned judgment and order dated 24.03.2015 passed by the District Forum, Dehradun was set aside.  The applicants had assured that they will repair the bike of the opposite party – complainant free of cost to his satisfaction.  On 22.04.2016, the parties moved a joint application, stating that the applicants have rectified the defects in the bike and now the complainant is satisfied.

In view of above position, the amount deposited by the appellants – applicants be released in favour of the applicants.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
