No ground is made out for transfer of the Complaint from Rajasthan to New Delhi.  The Application is dismissed accordingly.

However, as it is stated before us that an objection with regard to the territorial jurisdiction of the District Forum has been raised in the Written Version filed on behalf of the Petitioner, we direct that before proceeding further on merits in the Complaint, the District Forum shall decide the aforesaid objection raised by the Petitioner.   

The Transfer Application stands dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
