Judgment/ Order:

Brief of the complain is that the complainant Shri G.U. Ahmed had procured a Godrej refrigerator at Rs.7028  from the opp. party M/s Bhuneswar Singh, an authorized dealer, pasighat. The refrigerator started giving trouble 3 months of the purchase. he made several complain to the dealer for rectification of the defect but dealer failed to do so. 

Both the parties present and heard.

After going through the documents the the submissions it is observed that the machine had manufacturing defects. As such the forum directed the opp. party to refund the full amount of the cost along with compensation of Rs.500. Thereby the case is disposed.
