                        Sh.Ranwinder Singh, Advocate for OPs has brought a banker’s cheque of Rs.45,000/- in favour of complainant and Rs.2700/- in cash, which Sh.Naveen Singh Panwar, Advocate for Complainant has received towards full & final satisfation and made statement for withdrawal of the execution application as fully satisfied.  Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
