                        Case called again after lunch-break but neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Waited sufficiently.  It is already 3:30 p.m.  No intimation regarding absence of complainant is received.  From the perusal of the case file, it reveals that the complainant also did not appear on 10.10.2017 and on 13.10.2017.  The present case pertains to the year 2013.  So, it seems that the complainant is not serious in pursuing the complaint.  Thus, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
