2.         Bhoomi Infrastructure Company thorugh its partner/proprietor Lt. Col. (Retd) S.S. Deswal, having its branch office at House No.1411, Sector 21, Panchkula, Haryana-134112.

                        Service of Ops is complete. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now, he has no grievance against the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.        

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
