1.         Bhoomi Infrastructure Company through its Managing Director/General Manager having its corporate office at Gold City, Flat No.11, Sector 19-D, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

2.         Bhoomi Infrastructure Company through its Partner/Proprietor Lt. Colonel (Retd.) S.S.S Deswal having its branch office at house no.1411, Sector-21, Panchkula, Haryana.

                        Today the case was fixed for compliance. Counsel for the Ops/Jds has made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered four cheques of Rs.4,41,579/- dated 05.02.2016 vide bearing No.000664, Rs.4,41,579/- dated 05.03.2016 vide bearing No.000665, Rs.4,41,579/- dated 05.04.2016 vide bearing No.000666 and Rs.54,743/- dated 05.04.2016 vide bearing No.000653 drawn at Punjab ad Sind Bank, Sector-5, Panchkula (Hry) and parties have settled the matter amicably.

The complainant/DHs has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received the above cheques from the Ops subject to encashment and matter has been amicably settled between the parties. From the above statements made by the parties, we have satisfied that parties have amicably settled the matter in dispute. The parties shall be bound by the statements. In the event of any party failing to comply their statements, the other parties shall be at liberty to get the order executed. The execution application stands disposed off accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
