Mr.S.S.Deswal, M.D. GLM for the Ops alongwith Mr.Jaswant Singh, Adv.  

Mr.S.S.Deswal, M.D. GLM appeared on behalf of the Ops against the bailable warrants and has made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered a cheques of Rs.4,08,056/- vide bearing No.087253 dated 12.07.2016 in compliance of order under execution application and also stated that order under execution application has been fully complied with.

Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which she states that she has received a cheques of Rs.4,08,056/- vide bearing No.087253 dated 12.07.2016 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, she wants to withdraw her present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.  

                                    A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
