NAWAB SINGH J, (ORAL)

 

1.      Tarlochan Singh Walia-complainant has made a statement (Annexure A-1) that matter has been compromised.  He has received six post dated cheques (photocopies Annexures C-1 to C-6) amounting to Rs.15,37,580/- each, that is, Rs.92,25,477/- after deducting Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) of Rs.3,07,811/- in full and final settlement; shall have no right or any claim in the flat and shall withdraw the criminal case filed by him against M/s Bhoomi Infrastructure)-opposite party No.1 on the date fixed, that is, January 06^th, 2016.  He has further urged that since the matter has been compromised, the complaint be dismissed as withdrawn.

2.      In view of the statement made, complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
