Sh.Gurpartap Singh, Service Engineer of LG Electronics India Pvt.Ltd.got recorded his statement that he visited the premises of the complainant which is coaching institute where the AC is installed on 25.5.2015 and remained there for more than one hour and he has thoroughly checked the said AC and it is in perfect condition and all parameters are in perfect order and giving proper cooling and back pressure meaning thereby AC is in perfect working condition and giving proper cooling and all functions are in proper order. The job sheet was prepared on the spot and was satisfactorily signed by the complainant. In view of the above statement, Sh.Shambu Kumar, complainant got recorded his statement that he is satisfied with the functioning of the AC in question and now he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
