Record is placed before the Lok Adalat as per order dated 12.09.2023 for settlement of the matter.

Representative of the Dhr is present.  Ld. Advocate for Jdr is present.

It appears that two DDs bearing No. 002002 and 002003 dated 22.08.2023 for Rs.3,15,319/- each in total of Rs.6,30,638/- issued in favour of Dhr-1 and Dhr-2 respectively were deposited by the Jdr on 25.08.2023 by a petition with the prayer for disposal on the Execution Case.  It has been submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the Jdr that Jdr has complied with the order of this Commission in full.  Seen the judgment dated 21.11.2022 passed by this Commission in CC No. 493/2019 from which this Execution Case arose that the OP is directed to pay Rs.4,66,000/- along with interest @ 6% p.a. from the date of filing of the case till realization along with Rs.5,000/- as compensation and litigation cost of Rs.2,000/- to the complainant.

It also appears that Jdr has complied with the order of this Commission in full.

Dhrs to collect DDs as mentioned afore from the office of this Commission immediately on furnishing authentic photo Id card and receipt.

Hence, the CDF Unit-II, EA No. 73/2023 is settled and disposed of finally though the Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
