Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the considered opinion that the impugned order passed by the State Commission is eminently justified and suffers from no illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error which calls for our interference in revision jurisdiction u/s 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
