On perusal of the copy of impugned judgment and order it reflects that the District Consumer Forum has held that the complainant is not a consumer as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. We have gone through record and we are satisfied that the District Consumer Forum has rightly held.

Hence, this appeal being not maintainable , deserves to be dismissed summarily. Hence, the following order.

                                                   ORDER

     1. Appeal is summarily dismissed.

        2. No order as to cost.
