          On the request of Ld. counsel for the complainant,  file taken up today and Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

Stated that there is technical defect in framing the complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, after removing the defect, if any as per law. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
