As per order dated 04.03.2022 contained in letter No.594, I am conducting these proceedings singly.
File taken up today before the Lok Adalat.
2. On 18th November, 2022, Mr. Hemant Saini, learned counsel for the revisionist stated at Bar that this revision petition has already become infructuous after getting into existence of the impugned order, the matter in question has already been decided on merits by learned District Commission Faridabad. Further, learned counsel for the revisionists also brought into to the notice that they have already assailed the award passed by learned District Commission, Faridabad by filing separate appeal bearing F.A. No.664 of 2022, which has also been entrusted to this Bench for final disposal.
3. In view of the abovementioned development made by Mr. Hemant Saini, learned counsel for the petitioners, the present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.
4. Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of that documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down in the registered, if maintained. File be consigned to the records.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
6. File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
