Complainant present in person and to submit a petition praying for withdrawal of the instant Consumer case on the ground that the matter has been amicably settle out of Commission with the O.P.

Complainant himself submitted before this Commission that the claim amount has already been received by the complainant by virtue of amicably settlement for which the complainant is not willing to proceed this case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the prayer of the complainant is allowed as the complainant himself is not willing to proceed the case due to settlement between the parties amicably.

Hence, It is;

                                                                Ordered

            that the instant consumer case be and the same is disposed of by way of settlement  as prayed  by the complainant after full satisfaction. No costs.
