“Case is called out. Counsel of the appellant Sri V.K. Mishra is present. None for the respondents. 

Steps have not been taken by the appellant. The appellant is directed to take steps for service of notice on the respondent within 15 days. If he fails to take the steps for service, this appeal shall be presumed as dismissed in non-prosecution.

Office is directed to consign the record, in record room.

 List again on 10.10.2023 for hearing.”   

No step has been taken. So as per order dated 29.8.2023,  the appeal has already been dismissed in non-prosecution. There is nothing to do further.
