Complainant files hazira in person.

                                     Complainant pleaded that he had submitted clarification on 12.12.19 as directed by the Forum vide order No.02 dated 26.09.19.

 Perused the clarification furnished by the complainant. It is seen that reply to querry no.1 is not specific and to the point . Moreover, the complainant visited the shop of the Op no 1(i.e. did not express his grievance in writing). Visit was not enquired.

Complainant states that the amount of s. 50,000/- is a misprint, that means the words of other portion of the version except that figure , are not so. Moreover, what is sought for in the clarification is not sought for in the main plaint . Change of version after Forum’s query is not permissible  . Nor has the complainant prayed for any amendment too of the plaint.

 In reply to querry no.3 , the complainant has furnished a blank proforma of warrantee certificate but not duly filled up, nor is signed and stamped by the Dealer . So it is not acceptable.

Regarding cause of action or the date of its arising wanting in the complainant, no clarification has been furnished.

 Hence the complainant is not admitted.
