| Final Order / Judgement | Sri Parmananda Baruah, the complainant, is present appearing in person. None appeared for the opposite party. The complainant has submitted that the compromise settlement arrived between them as per order dated 18-5-2018 has now been fully satisfied as he has received all the relevant cheques for the settlement amount of Rs. 10,90,406/-. Hence, he has prayed that the matter may be disposed of on compromise. Accordingly, the instant complaint case is disposed of on compromise. | |
