It is seen that Order under Execution is filed before the Hon’ble National Commission in RP No. 3022/2011 and statusco is ordered.  In view of the above, Decree Holder is at liberty to move either fresh execution or Complaint u/s. 200  CrPC r/w. Sec. 27 of C.P. Act after disposal of the Revision Petition before the Hon’ble National Commission.  Subject to that, this Execution Petition is disposed off.
