1.Bhatia Electricals, Karnal through its partner Sh.Puneet Bhatia son of Sh.Chander Parkash Bhatia, resident of Old Housing colony, Karnal.

2.Bajaj Allianz  General Insurance company Limited SCO 226, Sector -12, Karnal through its Manager.

                     Complaint U/s  12  of the Consumer

                     Protection Act.

                   Sh.Rohit Gupta Advocate for the OP no.2.

ORDER:

 

                        Sh.Rohit Gupta Advocate for OP No.2 made statement that compromised has been effected between complainant and OP No.2 and as per compromise, OP No.2 will make the payment of Rs.two lacs to the complainant as full and final settlement of the claim, within a period of sixty days. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant made  statement for withdrawal of the complaint by stating that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for OP No.2, he does not want to pursue with  the present complaint. Statements of both the learned counsel for the parties have been recorded in separately.

 

3.               In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been  compromised. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
