Sh.Vishal Gupta,Adv.counsel for the applicant got recorded his statement that today, he has received a cheque bearing No.359746 dated 23.11.2015 for a sum of Rs.5900/- in the name of the applicant Dinesh Bansal issued by the counsel for the respondent in respect of the amount of the mobile phone in question. He has received the aforesaid cheque on behalf of the applicant for handing over the same to him and he has also handed over the head phone and the charger of the mobile phone in question while the original bill and job sheet are already on the judicial file of the complaint. He withdraws the present execution application on behalf of the applicant in view of the aforesaid circumstances. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
