MA no.251 of 2020 has been filed for release of Rs.7,07,700/- which was deposited by the applicant in compliance of the order dated 26.04.2016 at the time of admission. The matter was settled and on the basis of settlement the matter was disposed of vide order dated 18.11.2019 by this Commission. Learned counsel further states that in the settlement entered between the parties, this amount deposited with this Commission is not involved.

        Based on the assertions made by the learned counsel and keeping the order dated 18.11.2019 in view, MA no. 251 of 2020 is allowed. Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.7,07,700/- deposited in compliance of the order dated 26.04.2016 of this Commission to the applicant after due verification of the deposited amount as well as of the recipient within a period of 45 days.
