We have heard Shri Aggarwal on admission. Having examined the averments made in complaint, we are of the view that the complaint does not disclose a consumer dispute and is not maintainable under Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Dismissed being not maintainable under the Act of 1986. It will be open to the complainant to recover his claimed amount by filing suit before the competent civil court, if so advised.
