            Today matter is listed for arguments on admission during the arguments it reveal that this matter pertains to the education degree college. Hence in our considered opinion present complaint is not maintainable in view of the law settled by Hon’ble Supreme Court in landmark judgment of Manu Solanki Vs Vinayak Mission University. Counsel for complainant seeks liberty to withdraw the complaint. Request allowed. Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Limitation, if any, be condoned in the interest of justice.
