Case called out. Both the parties are present through Counsel. The Learned Counsel for the complainant has filed an application for disposal of the present complaint on the basis of compromise wherein, it is mentioned that, the opposite party has issued no dues certificate to the complainant after receiving full payment. He has annexed a copy of “No Dues certificate” along with his application. The Learned Counsel has also made endorsement to this effect on the order sheet. Since, the complainant do not want to press this complaint, it appears just and proper that, the present case be disposed-off finally in terms of compromise. The present case is disposed-off in terms of the compromise. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
